Only now I found the time to scan the first set of 31 Lomo Photos I took on the third "Day X" in 1997. With a group of approximately twelve friends we had travelled to the town I grew up in the North of Germany / at Wendland to protest against the third so called Castor Transport of nuclear waste.

For almost a week we ran through the woods together with thousands of other activists, were pulled off rail tracks and roads, sang songs, and played cards while the police tried to scare us with their horses, helicopters and water cannon vehicles.
