travelling to Amsterdam with the 'digital class' to visit the media conference 'Doors of Perception'
the 'Doors of Perception'... old media, new media, losts of speakers, interesting,
interested and uninterested people from here and there, Freaks, Geeks, Gurus -
our short trip to Amsterdam was quite a mixture ...
of different activities: most of the time we just had to either sit or wait
or just stand beside this door or that table and help a little - and so we didn't
even have to pay to get into the 'doors of perception' conference.
Our accomodation / sleeping area was arranged on the floor of our professor's
office - with espresso-machine but without a proper shower. Student-Special
:)
Happy hour: it's time for a coffee break..
Amsterdam has different nicknames: sometimes it's called "Adam", here
it's called "Adamski"
some +/- 'typical dutch' people on some rather typical dutch bicycles
