Alexanderplatz by night: TV-Tower, St. Marienkirche, Rotes Rathaus
One moment in time: From the park called ‘Marx-Engels-Forum’ you may enjoy this beautiful view tp Alexanderplatz. To the left you see Berlin’s second oldest church called St. Marienkirche, in the center of the picture you see the TV-Tower with some purple football-decoration-spots, that were applied by a sponsor of in Football Worldcup in 2006. And to the right you cen see the ‘Rote Rathaus’ (the ‘Red Town Hall’) which is not really so red at the moment the picture was taken – instead it’s wrapped.
And then, finally, to the very left of the picture, you can see the statues of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, silently watching people and time passing by on Alexanderplatz.
