The empty U-Bahn station Eberswalder Strasse in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg shortly after midnight during one of the Corona lockdowns. Usually this station is more or less packed with people, especially around midnight you usually would not see this station this abandoned.
The U-Bahn station Eberswalder Straße of the line U2 is the first underground station above ground when travelling in the direction of Pankow. Or the last one in the direction of Mitte or Ruhleben, if you are coming from Pankow.
The station crosses the M20 tram line and is a popular meeting place, especially at weekends. For example, people meet down on the street level between Späti and street music to perhaps drink a waiting beer and then move on together in the direction of Mitte, Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg.
