In some venues and locations it is strictly not allowed to take photos. I mostly do respect this decision and usually I won’t take any photos. But then again I can’t hold my horses and I just have to take a photo – at least one of the No Photo sign. Yay!
Over the weekend I visited my hometown to celebrate a school’s-out anniversary. The venue was located at a farm – and in one of the old farm buildings there was a football themed altar type of decoration. In the art world you would call such a hanging probabla Petersburg Hanging or a salon Style Hanging. Here it’s basically ‘just’ a wall decoration at a party location somewhere in the middle of nowhere – a.k.a. Wendand: a Wales flag, Werder Bremen and Flensburg tricot, batches, signs, posters, stickers, things, etc.

Anyone who has ever been in the waiting hall of Tempelhof Airport in Berlin certainly knows this view: the clock at the end of the hall – and the Restaurant sign below it.
I think I have never seen the lettering illuminated. And also I don’t know where this restaurant was located or what it was called. I would be grateful for any relevant information in the comments! Cheers!
